Not only does it feel good to give, but there are also many learning benefits to giving. Giving provides opportunities to meet and share expertise, learn new skills, and understand and develop empathy for others. Volunteering can also actually make you healthier! Studies have shown that volunteering makes people feel physically healthier and lower stress. We have provided a small selection of activities here.
